The virtual benefit fair works a lot like an in-person benefit fair. During the days and times that live support is available, attendees can participate in live chats, watch on-demand videos, review information and have their questions about their benefit plans answered by live representatives. Those who cannot attend during the live dates and times can visit the virtual fair on their own schedule to watch the on-demand videos, and to view general information up to September 30, 2024, after the event ends.

Yes, attendees only need to register once. To register in advance (recommended), go to: https://sarasotabenefitsfair.vfairs.com/en/registration and enter your first and last name, work email and employee ID.

No, a webcam is not required. Attendees only need to have access to the internet and can chat by text or phone instead of video.

No. Attending the virtual benefit fair is not required to enroll benefits for 2024. Active employees must use Workday to enroll in their benefits.
